Tree Safety Surveys

Tree condition surveys are a management tool used to plan and budget for the cost of tree works, proactively and regularly managing trees rather than reactively after tree failure.

Survey trees on your land to fulfil your duty of care to those with access or those who may be affected. This applies to both public and private property and to those who both have permission and those who may not.

Surveys can be tailored to suit your tree stock, estate size and level of access. Sites that are entirely private, like residential property or businesses, may be primarily concerned with high frequency areas such as boundaries with third party land or public roads. Large, rural or agricultural areas may benefit from zoning areas into high, medium and low frequency access, allowing for both the prioritisation of surveying and a developed understanding of the risk trees in these areas present.

After several failures in high winds and never having carried out a survey for the parish, Owen helped us to organise this aspect of our responsibility to the public. A great help.
